If you’re a tech guy, you’re surely a computer addict so it makes no point asking if you ever dreamed of working at Google or Facebook – that’s like the dream of every geek alive, mine too. We geeks, know how hard it is to make it in this business and only the best of us actually become to live the dream of working for one of the biggest Tech companies in the world. No matter if we’re talking about software companies in the USA, like Microsoft or a hardware company like IBM, getting a place inside these companies requires years of experience and hard work. What exactly are the best companies to work for in 2012? Here’s a nice list you can use as a guide:

25. Microsoft still affects millions of people and is a great place to work right out of college.
